Beijing Opto-Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. (BOET) is a high-tech enterprise, who is engaged in the R&D, production, sales and service of photoelectric functional materials & optoelectronic components and custom crystal growth equipment (single crystal furnace). With 50-years of R&D history and experience about laser crystal, BOET has established a complete scientific research and production management system, confidential system as well as quality management system.

BOET established the largest scale production line for inductive heating growth of YAG series crystals in China, and passed the GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 international quality management system certification. The typical products include YAG series laser crystals, bonding laser crystals, passive Q-switch and non-linear optical crystals, optical elements and custom crystal growth equipments, etc.

BOET concentrates on the R&D and production of photoelectric functional materials, and has took the lead in developing of CZ growth and diffusion bonding technology of laser crystals in China, such as growth of 6-inch diameter YAG series and 3-inch diameter YLF series and 2-inch diameter YAP series crystals, bonding of YAG series and YLF series crystals (Yb:YAG/YAG, Nd:YAG/Cr4+:YAG, Tm:YLF/YLF, etc). And the boule size, optical quality and laser performance of laser crystals are in line with advanced international level. Besides BOET presents the complete production line for crystal growth, optical finishing and coating with high laser damage threshold, and accomplishes the integration and mutual promotion between custom equipment manufacturing and crystal growth know-how.
