The outer shell of the electric furnace is entirely made of high-quality steel with exquisite craftsmanship, making it luxurious and beautiful, with a built-in all-fiber integral furnace chamber structure. The furnace chamber is made of imported ultralight energy-saving alumina insulation fiber, and its heating element is a silicon molybdenum rod. Due to the high density and low heat capacity of the all-fiber furnace chamber material, it has low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency, and can meet the requirements of rapid temperature rise and fall, and has the characteristics of uniform furnace temperature, good insulation effect, light weight, high efficiency, environmental protection, and energy saving. The furnace temperature is monitored by a platinum-rhodium thermocouple, and the temperature is precisely controlled by an intelligent temperature program controller. It uses an imported thyristor module phase-shifting voltage regulation control method, with over-temperature alarm and automatic protection, high temperature control accuracy, and reliable safety. The maximum heating temperature can reach 1700℃, and the maximum long-term operating temperature can reach 1600℃.
