This product uses a weighing-based automatic diameter control technology. High-precision electronic scales measure the weight of the crystal. After the software processes the weight signal, it calculates the crystal diameter. By comparing this to the set diameter, the power heating is adjusted, ultimately achieving accurate control of the crystal's shape. During crystal growth, the liquid level gradually decreases. The crucible linkage ensures a relatively fixed liquid level position, enabling a constant gradient.

Product Introduction:

This product adopts a weighing-based automatic diameter control technology. It uses a high-precision electronic scale to measure the crystal weight. After processing the weight signal, the software calculates the crystal diameter, compares it with the set diameter, and adjusts the power of the heating element to accurately control the crystal shape. During crystal growth, the liquid level gradually decreases. The crucible's linked movement ensures a relatively fixed liquid level, achieving a constant gradient.

 

This product can grow halide crystals and can achieve a crystal growth process combining the CZ method and the VGF method.
